With over a decade of experience in building management and as an Intermediate Ice Engineer, Jeff Amaral understands the critical importance of maintaining and operating an ice facility. His passion for sports has enabled him to work as an ice consultant at the Ricoh Coliseum and with the prestigious Toronto Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. Jeff also played a significant role with the Toronto Marlies, overseeing all game-day operations.

One of Jeff's proudest career achievements was in Australia in 2015, where he successfully built four hockey rinks in four different cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

Lucas Cameirao

Hockey Coach and Educator

Growing up as a passionate soccer player, Lucas Cameirao discovered his true love for hockey at 10, after moving to Toronto from Brampton. Since February 2018, Lucas has been an integral part of Paramount Ice, holding the title of the longest-serving coach. His diverse coaching portfolio includes working with all levels, programs, and ages, from beginner to advanced skating classes, AAA hockey training, and even adult hockey lessons.

In addition to his coaching career, Lucas is dedicated to education. He serves as a school teacher in the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and a Master's in Teaching and Learning from the University of Ottawa.

Lucas's favourite hockey team is the Montreal Canadiens, although he maintains a friendly stance towards the Toronto Maple Leafs, unlike many Montreal fans. His favourite skills to teach are stick handling and shooting, reflecting his strengths as a player. Outside the rink, Lucas enjoys playing guitar and singing, adding a harmonious balance to his dynamic life.

Dima Malyshev

Hockey Coach and Educator

Born in Ukraine and raised in California, Dima Malyshev developed his passion for hockey by playing with the San Jose Jr. Sharks (U18 A). His love for the sport led him to coaching, where he most recently guided the Avenue Road Ducks (U15 Select) team.
 
Dima's academic pursuits are as impressive as his hockey career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of San Francisco and a Master's in Criminal Justice at Boston University. He currently works in the capital markets industry but remains deeply committed to hockey, particularly to teaching young players the fundamentals of the game.
 
Dima is dedicated to helping kids build confidence and instilling the desire to pursue their hockey dreams. His favourite class to teach is power skating, where he enjoys watching players develop the skills essential for success on the ice.
 
Bilingual in English and Russian, Dima brings expertise and enthusiasm to his coaching, making him a valued mentor for aspiring hockey players.
