The adult co-ed hockey skills classes are weekly and are for moderate to advanced adult skaters of all ages with an interest in hockey who will work with our experienced instructors to continue to improve their hockey skills.

Skaters will engage in total skills hockey skills drills and go over essential hockey techniques like balance, posture, gliding, crossovers, stopping, and stride; the foundation of proper skating!

Women are provided with their own changing rooms.
