The Elite Hockey and Goaltending Programs are designed for student-athletes from grades 1-12, who need to build a strong foundation of both skill and physical strength, to increase confidence to succeed as a player at the next level.
The main objective of King Heights Academy’s Elite Hockey Program and Goaltending Program is to give student-athletes the ultimate hockey training experience providing each student-athlete with a healthy, balanced, social, interactive, fun and rewarding experience under the exceptional leadership of our experienced coaches and professional instructors and combining it with high-quality education.
King Heights Academy offers Elite Academic and Sports Programming in partnership with Paramount Sports Management.

On-Ice Features:
- Student-athletes will be tested through Sporttesting
- On-ice training 4 times per week
- Off-ice training 5 times per week
- Professional coaching and training
- Custom designed on-ice sessions with a variety of Skating, Puck Handling and Shooting drills that are designed to challenge players, with a focus on developing good habits, and proper technique, through correction and expert knowledge from professional instructors

Daniel Sisca – Director of Hockey /
Head Instructor
Daniel Sisca brings a wealth of hockey knowledge, skill, and experience. His professional hockey career began in the ECHL and extended to the AHL and three years in Europe.
During his time in the ECHL, Daniel was awarded to the ECHL All-Rookie Team. He brings his firsthand hockey experience and genuine understanding of the game to help players improve their skills and perform at their highest level.
Mathew Sisca –
Head Instructor
After Mathew’s junior career he went to play in the ECHL for three years with, Bakersfield / Cincinnati / Orlando and finally Alaska Aces winning a Kelly Cup championship.
Mathew brings knowledge of offensive abilities and knowing how to teach kids how to score and be prepared for the next step with his experiences he has learned over the years of playing.
Brian McLaughlin – Head Instructor,
Former Pro Defenseman
- 20 years in Hockey development specializing in Defense training.
- Works with Pro / OHL / College players
- Hockey Canada HP1 Certified
- 12 years coaching AAA in the GTHL
- Currently coaches with Toronto Titans
Dave Dolecki, Owner of The Crease Goaltending Academy

Jim Thomson
King Heights Academy is excited to announce the addition of former NHL player Jim Thomson as their School Ambassador/Consultant. Jim has been training and mentoring hockey players for over 30 yrs. The Jim Thomson’s Dreams mentoring Program on and off the ice and has helped numerous players realize their Dreams. Jim’s role with King Heights Academy will consist of many things from working with all students on their goals and how to achieve them. Jim will be on the ice periodically to assist our staff with his vast knowledge and training. Jim is also the owner of the JRA OJHL Aurora Tigers.
