ELITE – Hockey Battle and Compete 2013-2015

Any Programs in ELITE Level must be AA/AAA for Level

The Battle and Compete Program is designed for elite AA and AAA-level players who are ready to elevate their intensity, physical engagement, and mental toughness. This high-performance program focuses on the critical elements that separate top-tier players: puck battles, body positioning, contact confidence, and relentless compete level.

Players will be pushed in fast-paced, high-rep drills that simulate game situations in tight spaces, corners, and net-front scenarios.

Sessions emphasize:

1-on-1 and small-area battles
Body contact and angling techniques
Puck protection and retrieval under pressure
Compete-based situational drills
Quick decision-making and reaction under physical stress

Run by experienced senior coaches, the program creates a competitive environment that mirrors real-game intensity.

Program Details

Ages: 2013-2015 | Co-ed – Girls are provided with their own changing rooms.

Skill Level: AA, High-level AAA

Seasons: Fall

Required Gear: Full Hockey Gear – Skates | CSA Approved Hockey Helmet with Face Shield | Gloves & Sticks

All players must register in advance for Drop-In classes, as spots are limited and may fill up quickly. Walk-ins are not permitted.
