Jordan McKenna
Jordan grew up playing his minor hockey from the time he was 5 until he was 16 in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. He then went away for prep school at Connecticut to play both hockey and lacrosse at Westminster School. After graduating from prep school he returned home to play in the QMJHL for the Halifax Mooseheads before spending his 20 year old year as Captain of the Yarmouth mariners in the MHL.
Jordan moved to Toronto to continue his studies and hockey career at York University while obtaining a commerce degree. His hockey career at York was cut short in order to pursue playing professional lacrosse with the Toronto Rock for three years while finishing out his degree. He has a great passion for working with kids and has been coaching hockey and lacrosse for 5 years now with ages ranging from 5 all the way up to 21 years old with a very mixed variety of skill levels. He is currently the Defensive Coach for the 2016 Junior Canadiens.
Harrison Himelfarb
Born and raised in Toronto, ON, Harrison brings over six years of coaching and training experience with athletes of all ages and skill levels. He currently serves as Head Coach of the 2017 Toronto Stars Silver team.
Harrison’s structured, detail-oriented approach helps players build a strong foundation in skating, game awareness, and technical skill. He’s known for creating a high-energy, positive environment that promotes confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic—on and off the ice.
Stefan Forgione
Stefan Forgione has been deeply involved in the world of hockey for many years, showcasing his passion both as a player and a mentor. His hockey journey spans nine years, complemented by four years of coaching, where he has shared his expertise with young athletes.
Stefan’s junior hockey career included time in the OHL, where he played for two and a half years with the Mississauga Steelheads and the North Bay Battalion. His leadership skills were evident early on, as he proudly wore the captain’s C for the Vaughan Kings in minor hockey. Continuing to demonstrate his leadership qualities, Stefan also served as an assistant captain for the Haliburton Huskies in the OJHL.
Through his experiences, Stefan has not only honed his skills on the ice but has also developed a keen understanding of leadership and teamwork, qualities he imparts to the next generation of hockey players.
Ben Lalkin
Ben began his hockey career with the Mississauga Reps AAA and the Markham Royals, where he demonstrated exceptional skill, with 88 points, including 50 goals, in just 42 games.
His impressive performance earned him selection in the second round of the OHL draft. Ben further elevated his career by representing his country as a member of Team Canada World Junior A.
Today, he is dedicated to developing the next generation of hockey players, running skates for athletes of all levels in working closely with Daniel Erlich and Paramount Hockey Group.
Michael Douglas
Michael brings over 22 years of high-level playing experience and a proven track record of leadership and performance. He played six seasons of AAA hockey with the Windsor Jr. Spitfires, serving as a team captain in his draft year, and completed his Junior A career with the Pembroke Lumber Kings of the CCHL. As a two-year assistant captain, he led the CCHL in power-play goals with 14 as a defenseman.
He went on to play USports hockey while studying Business Management at York University, serving as a two-year assistant captain and earning multiple leadership and academic honors.
Following university, Michael played professionally in the United States, Australia, and France, gaining international experience and a global understanding of high-performance hockey. His coaching philosophy emphasizes elite skill development, hockey IQ, elite shooting, and attention to detail, while instilling strong leadership habits and professional standards.
Driven to give back to the next generation, Michael’s passion for working with the youth began when he founded The Lion Heart Initiative, a non-profit supporting organizations such as Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and the Boys and Girls Club of Jane and Finch. He is committed to helping young athletes reach their full potential by developing both high-end hockey skills and the character traits required to succeed at the next level.
Eric Santilli
Eric embodies a strong passion for both playing the game of hockey and helping others grow within the sport. As a dedicated trainer, Eric uses his deep understanding of the game to drive success in his work with athletes.
Eric grew up playing minor hockey in Vaughan, where he developed his skills through the GTHL while also building strong character as a member of the leadership group on his teams. His commitment and performance were recognized in his final season, when he was selected to compete in the U18 GTHL All-Star Game highlighting his dedication and ability at a high level of play.
Through his playing years, Eric gained valuable insight into player development, work ethic, and the importance of self-confidence on the ice. He is committed to passing these lessons onto today’s players, helping them build confidence, skill, and a strong foundation both on and off the ice.
