TRAIN – Adult Hockey Skills

Join us every Wednesday for our Adult Hockey Skills Class, which is designed for players of all skill levels who want to improve their hockey fundamentals in a structured and fun environment.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to develop confidence on the ice or an experienced player refining your technique, these sessions focus on key areas of the game, including:
- Skating Mechanics: Edge control, balance, stride efficiency, transitions, and agility.
- Stickhandling & Puck Control: Improving hands, dekes, and quick decision-making under pressure.
- Passing & Shooting: Enhancing accuracy, power, and technique for effective offensive play.
- Game Situations & Positioning: Understanding spacing, defensive strategies, and offensive zone awareness.
- Conditioning & Small-Area Games: High-tempo drills to build endurance, reaction time, and competitiveness.
These classes are typically led by experienced coaches who tailor drills to the group’s ability levels, ensuring everyone progresses at their own pace.
