TRAIN – Hockey Summer Camps
An action-packed 5 days of skill development that includes:
On-Ice Development
- 3 hours of on-ice training per day.
- Focused sessions on power skating, puck handling, passing, and shooting.
- Instruction in both offensive and defensive tactics to improve overall game performance.
- Enhanced skills, including body positioning, gap control, stick checking, and shot-blocking.
- Daily scrimmages to apply skills in game-like scenarios and enhance teamwork.
Off-Ice Activities
- Indoor basketball and soccer games.
- Mini-stick tournaments.
- Hockey-specific dryland training.
- Additional recreational activities to keep kids active and engaged.
