TRAIN – Girls Winter Break Camp
The Girls TRAIN Winter Break Camp is designed for players ages 8–14 competing at the House League, Select or A level. This five-day camp combines five daily on-ice sessions with hockey-specific dryland, structured off-ice activities and age-appropriate discussions about confidence, leadership, nutrition and recovery.
Athletes will work on their skating, puck skills, game awareness and compete level in a positive girls-first environment. Each day includes two hours of ice, one hour of dryland, classroom and team activities, and supervised lunch and snack breaks.
